what would u price these 2 jobs at?

rendering 2 walls each wall 2 ft x 6 ft

3 walls in kitchen work is mainly above kitchen cupboards and a few bigger areas, and loads of obsticles, not a lot in sq meters but time consuming and awkward, 2 reveals

what in labour do u think these r worth or with materials :-/

price it for however long you think it will take you plus materials.

I reckon first job a day second maybe longer hard to tell without seeing...explain to customer longer as obsticles in way.

just got back from pricing a job up, big renovation, £10 m2 skim ceilings on board. £7.50 m2 skim walls on board. £15 m2 hardwall and set. developer nealy ripped me arm off, shoulda gone higher!

only takes another spread to go in a bit lower mate and youd have lost it...
sounds good mate, all on board too...
never know with developers... sometimes they can be complete c'nts and not wanna pay you, or they want loads of extras, or sometimes, only sometimes mind, you end up forming a decent working relationship with em and you do every job they got...

did a job for a deeloper a few weeks ago, cottage skim out. they were doing all the prep so SKIMMING only. got there are no prep had been done, all shite. told him it wiull cost more and he said yeah. end of the job come and he said we had agreed a price prior to work starting, i explained there was more work therefore more £££. No No No he said, YES YES YES i said and said i was not being ripped off by anyone and i would e taking my plaster back off the walls. PAID UP IN FULL, TOSSER. ;D
