bought 6 bags of multi starting skimming room by time i put my second coat on was like newspaper and tearing like fcuk by time id troweled first time what starting to go brown thought maybe there wasnt enough pva on background so give extra coat on the next set exactly the same ive ended up taking the rest of the bags back. is there something wrong with multi recently? thinking of trying board anyone got any advice
 
Had a nightmare with board finish the other day mate. Did a gauge last week first thing, it still hadn't gone brown when I left for home at about 5 ish, did a gauge the other day on a different job, 2 1/2 hours it was totally brown. WTF is that all about. It trowelled up like shite , tearing all over the place, I thought at one point I was gonna have to 3 coat it, it was that bad.

It has been discussed to death last couple of weeks, multi s**t, board s**t, uni?? Mabye s**t, basically were all spreadin s**t:-0
 
last week it was goin off like a rocket this week get a fresh batch and its takeing about 4 hours a hit it just seems to never be ready to take a trowel:RpS_cursing:
 
Boardy and multi are a ******* disgrace at the moment, literally sitting hours waitin for ceilings to trowel up tearing like never before.
