Whats the score here?

What I mean is if you look at the time stamps on the category threads for instance, no one has replied or started a thread for hours.
Yet, there are I figure some of the most prolific posters logged on.
Now I understand people leaving there machine etc for a beer, there tea and to take a s**t but its not right.

What is this "members only" area I have heard of? what kind of credentials does one need to gain access?
Is it a myth?
Because to to be truthful I am getting bored and would love to bore you lot in the "members area" if it exists with some Shakespeare, Voltaire or Byron. You are missing out boys.

Thank you

Voltaire's a bit of a revolutionary ain't he? Twitcher will be along soon to placate you :RpS_thumbup:

A thousand posts is the magic number I believe, for the members section. you have a long long way to go mate, you may find it a bit more lively there? Especially on a saturday nite:RpS_thumbup:

Looking on someones profile that there is a Gold Card club, for those with a Gold Card in CSCS. I have one and want to know how to get in?

Seriously a thousand posts ?:rolleyes)
Ok, so whats the situation with resurrecting old posts ? most seem to be. Not quite bumping.

Would it not be more prudent to lower the magic figure of a thousand, I understand the need for longevity etc but having most of the active members in a so called isolated state then seemingly popping round to answer a question now and then seems counterproductive for the forum.

Another thing its so lonely out here :-(

Great tips, the rising damp seems a start point, not sure if I can handle old spunker yet or what ever you call him or her

Is its spunks who thinks one coating is a good idea?
The main man from H&E told us if he ever found us "one coating" we would be off site instantly.

Henry,

no need too, I always worked with the assumption that BG in relation to MF and BF had done the necessary development of the product, produced a spec sheet which not only covered quality control but also their backs.
I also figure the development cost would be significant, and the outcome of the rigorous testing and trials would mean that the material should be used in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Also I know the finish can be the same and often is, but it feels like cheating. However I have also stated here it dosnt matter how something is achieved it is the finished article that counts.

Don't get me started on brushing or sponging multi or board.

Rock on !

^^^^^^:RpS_lol:

bubblebobble the private area is where we go when we are pissed and talk knackers about everything :RpS_biggrin: its not completely private (private in the meaning that we can say anything we want because its PRIVATE) because we still get told off now and again :RpS_blushing:

I dont think the private section is any big deal bubble bob, I think most of the guys want to get to the magic thousand posts to get in and recieve the 100 pound tool vouchers for refina and marshaltown? Get postin mate.

The private section is also good for picking work up, I suppose we should call it networking section are you a site agent bubblebob .

Yep private section means anything goes.... Its a high count as that sorts the wheat from the chaff and the members in that section are looked upon as the backbone of the forum and have shown commitment :-)

a lot of people talk knackers all the time!! :RpS_wink:

its also where we discus the benefits of clay plastering and how much money we are making at it :flapper:
