Never offer tea or coffee or a thing.. the odd would. Normal class,, you get tea coffee bacon rolls, cakes, tub biscuits etc an want to pay you before you even start . Crazy

its all pretty normal , by the time the build comes to finishing trades the budget has been blown away , coming out the ground takes normally 20% extra , and will have a knock on affect on to the following trades . Kitchens ,sofas , beds , blinds etc , blah blah all cost , so corners have to be cut , dont worry price and walk away .
