When to paint Render ?

Afternoon all,

Anyone spread any light on how long to leave it until painting external render ? Just finished rendering a wall yesterday and the chap plans to paint on either Monday or Tuesday of next week
What with all this rain we're getting surely 4 days isnt enough is it ?

it should be completely dry before u paint, also it takes 28 days for cement to completely set.

Generally a week per 10mm depth to set,dry and cure compleatly
