Where can i buy a spot board

Alright guys, i was just wondering if you knew of any places i could buy a cheap spot board, i dont know if this is the correct name or not.

Buy a piece of Ply, cut to size, maybe treat with a few coats of PVA and plaster away!

Its not the board that costs the money its the stand...£30 from ebay,,the board no more than a few quid from timber merchants
