Not talking figures just where to find rates themselves?

Does anyone use any surveyor software? or is there a good place to find current meterage rates to keep competitive when quoting for commercial jobs?

Get a qs. Ours prices one of houses for around 50 quid

You can always use spons book but I'd doubt you'd get any jobs going with their prices
