Evening all I have a large house to render it was going to be done in krend but the client has decided against and would like a smooth finish now I don't trust sand in my area so would like to use pre baged I would also like to spray on to the walls I only ever use k rend so don't no much else

Do you want a colour through or just an ocr, if you want a colour through parex do one that can be sponge finish or if it's a trad finish you want then cpi do a decent ocr that is quite cheap (by the pallet ) pm me if you need some contact No mate

just as above, done loads of smooth finish render using cpi. you need to apply it in onecoat, if you do a scratch coat first and then top it a few days later there will be no suction.

things are hard for companys like euromix (cpi) so give them a call and tell them you want half a pallet to try first. they sent me a pallet when i first started using it free. ;D ;D ;D ;D

ocr will go through your machine but you do need to get your settings right, you need to spray it slightly wet it will stiffen up fairley quick , cpi is nice gear although i have never sprayed it (only ever used it for patching up) given the 2 though cpi looks the most traditional

So what makes this stuff so good and what's setting times like on block work also what sort of thickness etc!!!!

i talked with euromix today and they said use the cpi general purpose render which has to be done in 2 coats, now simply said in this post about there being no suction on 2nd coat could anyone explain more

what he means if you spray the first coat and leave it for a few days before spraying the second coat the first coat has dried killing all the suction meaning it will take ages for the second coat to go off, if you spray in 2 passes the same day you shouldn't have any problems
