Wish you had one coated

Did a job today patching some chases then skimming a wall...nice a flat...laid it on flat, flattened off then thought no need for another coat can finish as is...but then I was thinking to myself one coating is not good practice, what would I do if something went wrong, reputation on the line and all that so I mixed up and laid another coat on but the second coat didn't go on as well as the first and was thinking i would have been better off one coating in the first place! lol anybody else ever had that?

I didn't lay it on as flat - had hollows etc - sunday afternoon and all that ;D

we need a smiley on here with a beer glass i've earnt it this weekend!

by the way lads i earnt my first £1000 in a week after tax this week since starting in the trade
