Work boot storage

Just wondering if anyone has good storage place or box for storing work boots wife keeps going mad with me bringing foot prints into the house all the time

Used to always wear overalls so nice and clean going to see jobs after work but stopped when these trousers with fancy pockets and knee pads came out.
