Zombie mix

hi guys,
Can anyone tell me where should I use zombie mix on. Got a ceiling with white board, 1930's house. Need it skimming.
Was thinking of putting a zombie mix, instead of re-boarding
Any advice

It not like plaster board, some type of board which is like a hard white chalk

Was thinking that, but the ceiling has a curve one end, can I still board over it, or do I need to take the old ceiling down and re board?

If you don't understand what mix you need to use you should'nt really be skimming it.Just saying.

board up to the curve... then board the short bit up to the curve... depending on the curve you coul board that and the use bonding to get the curve back then skim away

I would not skim over something chalking... be like try to skim on dust

Like using flour on your kitchen side to stop things sticking to it
