Venetian Plastering work needed

Hi everyone. Excuse me butting in on your page, cos I'm not a plasterer...
I am hosting a young man from Ukraine under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. In Ukraine he was a very skilled Venetian plasterer and decorative plasterer. As it is a bit of a niche market, and his English is still quite basic, I am trying to help him look for work in his chosen field.
Can anyone please offer advice as to how to get work in this area? I have sent his CV with photos of his work off to a few places on spec, but any other thoughts gratefully received.

He could make a fortune in those areas of work. Monkeys suggestions not bad, put some ads out…. although I’m guessing he’s not got his tools with him….. but amazing what you can pick up to start off with. My first paddle mixer was £40 centre aisle of Aldi!

He isn't classed as a refugee as he is from Ukraine. He is allowed to work and claim benefits same as us. He just wants to work asap
