I picked this up on Rated (swear word) and for a while was quite interested as I thought it must have been listed for the wrong trade - it was appealing for a builder.
As far as I can make out from the very sketchy description it's just a board out and skim garage (done similar recently - boxing over pipes and wiring etc to make good blah blah). Would you go for it?? You know full well they are over-budgetted!! Or do you reckon there's a lot more than face value here!! Lead is £30, so would prefer not to waste.
