Sound proofing

Spent a fortune soundproofing my downstairs and the wife just kissed me and said turn that down as I can hear every word upstairs. Regulars will know I installed resilient bars, sound proof insolation and double sheeted with sound boards. What’s left to do? There is four spotlights directly under her bed so could this be causing or could the sound be travelling up the wall?
