Did it rub back up mate ? tends to go a bit sandy but if you keep banging the sponge out it will help

Nightmare when it gets washed off, we did a huge side on a 6 storey house and we had a massive down pour and the lot came off, but instead of giving up we layed it all back on and finished rubbing up at 10pm, it has never looked right would of been better to do it next day, but its still on there to this day and that was about 16 years ago.

It really does help if cut down on the waterproofer in the backing coat in winter ,also get your beads on tighter and fill them out a bit more and add more lime to the top coats , little things but makes the difference .
