been 60 transit vans nicked in the past 5 months North of theTyne. Me marra had his new one nickedof the drive a few weeks back. The coppers said they have a skeleton key and a programmable key fob. Might have been handy information to spread that around the community.....................Community policing is the future...........................apparently....:endesacuerdo:
 
I got my van vandalised twice. First time I had almost everything inside and don't know if they managed to open it, I might had to jump into Thames . The dead locks saved me. Second time the same story, but didn't had as much as the first time . Still, the damage was so severe I had to replace doors and lockers, cost me a fortune. Now I just left it like this . Fecking b*****d will die trying and disappear into thin air if only ........

It's specialist machinery, so only a small market of renderers are going to use it. The best bet aswell is to speak to all the render reps from the area, they will spread the news around like wildfire to ask if anyone hears of one up for sale or being offered it.
Is your van sign written ?
 
Where abouts? Sorry to hear that I said before I know it won't help you now but why don't the lads who have machines have them little tracker things you can get for your phone? A little white tablet and put it in the pipes of the handles, just a thought coz these things are expensive, or even the guys who sell them sort it.

That's a great idea flynnyman, I Have often thought why hasn't someone done this yet, but wouldn't be surprised of these machines don't go to europe
 
sorry to hear pal will keep an eye out , had a 2011 transit and it got broken into easily and everything was taken a while back never get one again
 
I feel for you pal, I got burgled first week of jan, they took some stuff out the house and took the keys and nicked my new tranny custom and my car, luckily I found the vehicles dumped not far from where I live but all of my tools had gone. Scum bags mate.

hopefully because of the small market for these machines you'll end up finding it....
 
It was on our local news only last week. A scrapyard was found with what looked like 60 new model broken up transits. Engines palletised ready for export.

Ford need to address this problem. Back to fitting those immobilising gadgets.
 
Had this morning off. Got outside to see diesel stains on the drive. Some b*****d has damaged my fuel tank and nicked all the diesel.

Thats my day ruined.

yep I saw that on BBC look north, 60 odd transits nicked from north Leeds and Bradford areas, and they broken them all down for export to Africa.
 
Stolen to order the barstewards!
I thought scrappies had been clamped down on with all the metal theft etc. Obviously still plenty of dodgy feckers about
