Domestic Plastering

Couple of photos to show what a domestic plasterer is faced with. 77.5 M square ceiling.

A patio that is going to have porcelain tiles laid, after the removal of all planters.

Under the patio is an underground cinema , a games room, a bar a and another lounge.
These walls are in smooth shuttered concrete. Structural engineer wants the concrete to have a coat of SBR and all walls skimmed in waterproof tile adhesive.

Room above the garage to be plasterboard and skim. As you can see domestic plastering is not all scratching about in Mrs Jones kitchen!

It is far more efficient in a kitchen //bedroom ect /scratching around for 1/2/3 days
Pricing is easy ,-jobs are piece of cake -

Or/then ,stuck on a job for weeks /months- with other people -who fuxin talk shite all day ———

Tbh alot of them are a full room revamp so nothing to cover - ie new kitchen - lounge be a full skim no carpets ect. —-If I am covering the price reflects

Best spreads I've ever worked with had shitty vans and tools fit for the skip . New vans down make you a good spread . Wakey wakey
