Hi I'm looking for some advice I'm currently having the house rendered and I'm getting concerned as the beads he's put on with the base coat have come away in a few places and some cracking there seems to be voids underneath them .also hasn't based in the doorway .is this normal ? Thanks for any info .no mesh in base coat also

I have he says that's how he's always done it .but due to his sloppy work ethic and unreliablity the past two weeks I'm getting concerned.

No rendering contractor ,visited your property.

Thanks .would this have to be knocked off or can it be salvaged.
 
Sh*t has he brushed the base coat for a key?

That is rough as f**k...personally I'd hack off and start again.

Was this the cheapest quote you had? Were there no red flags at quoting stage.

Can definitely sense a 'pay less pay twice' here.
