How to level out new plaster?

Hi
I got a plasterer to sand cement and skim interior walls which we took back to bricks.
The work looks generally OK buy I realised that he hasn't leveled any of the walls and at some points are nearly 2cm out and very visible.
He quotes for the job with materials included and we think he might have wanted to spend bare minimum on material so hasn't bothered levelling out The walls.

I want to get someone else to fix this what would be the best option with minimum fuss?

Sounds like a break down in communication. Tell the plasterer that you want the walls plumb and that he needs to adjust his quote.

2cm?

Depends on a few things...

Substrate, finish, room use, and age/type of building.......

It's a 1930s house stripped back to brick. Its our living room.
We saw the plasterer use blue pva on walls prior to sand and cement. I've attached a few pics but literally non Of the walls are levels.
We have fully paid him and he has gone and will probably not come again.
He came to the job with only 20 bags of sand which seemed very low but obviously trusted him as he was the expert.
How can we fix this? Please

Just pretend your in Spain lol

@Ayla84

Start again with your pics mate

Launch that timber
Get a proper level with vials.

And either assess or take the pics again.

What your doing is not true/plumb!

If you are - your windows are f**k*d as well.

You're holding it out of bonk and making it look worse - looking at that pic with your window behind, you're running 6 or 7mm out yourself!

Not good work - all fixable.
