170 a day isn’t bad in Birmingham ? Think you all have to have a reality check would you pay someone you barely know 200 plus a day to put boards up on a ewi job?
So many loading bays ? Fork lifts always busy? Move the boards 20m a time around the building?
If that’s Birmingham it’s a solid rate for someone for 18months

I try to live in the real world, site rates unless you’re known to the company don’t exceed that too much in my area ?
Really 200 plus you need to be working for builders direct
Even main contractors charge 250 why would they Risk paying everyone on there books 200 plus without knowing them ?
It’s a day work job maybe the guy has given himself room for manoeuvre he could give us all a price but how many of you on here have done externall cement boarding and knowingly know a good rate ?
Maybe he would suss out the shite and pay the better lads a few quid more that’s generally how it works ?
