Hardwall hairline crack in a small section

Hello
We have 3 small hairline cracks on hardwall we have done last Monday. They are 20 cm max down from the ceiling and on the section adjoining the wall above front door. The base support: old brick work which were a little fragile on the face.
The prep work: mortar repaired, wall hoovered. Wall watered, SBR 50/50 as advised by structural engineer then 2 coats of hardwall with a scratch in between.
We were going to skim tomorrow and were going to do a dilute coat of 50/50 pva/water which we would let dry. Then 100% pva tacky to skim.
Question: do we need to open the cracks, and push in more material (hardwall or bonding)? Do we leave it as is and hope for the best and that the skim will push in the material?

Back to brick unfortunately. Try again in the summer

Oh really? I have done over 50m2 and this is the only section that has cracked. We are talking of an area about half a m2. A long shot but do you know what could have caused it?

I know we should have skimmed straight after the hardwall but it wasn't an option for us unfortunately. SBR better to kill the suction?
No SBR. I would hose it down . Depending on the size of the wall . May be a sprinkle may be a soaking. The reason the Hardwall cracked is shrinkage.

Don't open crack in this occasion

Push it in

Take the bag empties back to merchants for money back.

I can’t comment for hardwall but for some reason when floating with browning the lads I learned with always skimmed it the next day and I f**k**g hated it walls would get soaked down with a hose not a misting a soaking down and within 1 minute of applying it its
Near enough dry,I missed the s+c days was always a dream to skim when cured, but yeah i reckon your gunna have problems if your on your own
