I had Astra Zenica on friday, felt nothing at all. My wife felt ill for 24hrs then back to normal. I was so impressed with the organisation, straight in and out in 10 minutes.
It will be fine. As I said before not breaking the paper on the board is the most important thing. If you do just put another one in an inch away. Self drill screws are for heavier gauge metal such as met/ sec. Normal fine thread drywall screws suffice.
Don't overthink it. The key thing with plasterboarding is Don't break the paper on the board it's the strength. Remember to stagger the joints opposite sides of the m/f.
I know you should not laugh at peoples demise but I did chuckle at the covid denier who died of covid a day after testing positive. Always refused to wear a mask, believed what he read online. The true meaning of irony.
Just checked it was a rapid 7.2 v. £90. But I would advise you to go with the milwaukee. Its about £110 bare tool plus another £40 for a cheap charger and batteries.
Can't remember off hand its a while ago I got it. If I bought one now I would get that milwaukee one. It looks the biz. I think I paid £80 or £90. I would pay the extra next time as replacement batteries are cheap, so are chargers.
Once you've gone over to a battery stapler you would never go back. I like to use 15mm brads and fire straight through the beads. Gets then nice and tight. Use staples if the boarding is naff.
I used Instastick to fix 25mm celotex then stuck 12.5mm over the top on my house. It is now so cheap to heat. Wickes cheapest 25mm celotex type insulation is £23 +£8 for plasterboard . Bargain and thats without the 10% trade discount.
The eu is no different to the old Soviet Union. People in power at the top that you can't vote out. It will fall apart in 3 yrs as more countries vote to leave.
If Brad Pitt shone a torch up his face he would look like quasimodo! No different with render, I can't see why people can't understand it. If you see up and down lights on brickwork it looks like the bricks have been layed with a shovel.
The high Street was gone years ago. Nothing to do with covid, business rates are stupidly high. They kill shops and pubs thats why every Street is full of charity shops, they pay a fraction of proper business rates but council's and mp's can't see it. Rant over lol!
Because of the shape I feel really safe on them. Danny did a good review on them when they came out. I don't try and sprint around and always have nothing in the way.
Mapei eco prim grip. Paint on ready to go in under an hour. Best pregrit out there. Cannot understand how bg can't produce same sort of product, it spanks theirs.
The nearer you hold the flicker gun to the wall the flatter the finish. If you play about with the distance and wetness of the mix you can exactly match it. You just need a bit of patience.
I did one the other week. The mix i use is 3 builders sand , 1 cement, 3 parts water to 1 sbr, a glug of waterproofer and a touch of Feb. Mix with a drill it creams up lovely.
