Yes you can. Mostly you use it on really high metal partition walls in industrial sites. You have to use it across the end of every board on the staggered joints. Highest wall I had to use it on was 10m in a brewery.
Get yourself a decent strong magnet off ebay, take brackets off. Screw the screws in and skim over the top. When flat use magnet to find screws, unscrew then put brackets back on.
If anyone wants a cheap 240v mixer the vonhaus 1600w is great. It's way better than my EIBENSTOCK POWERMIXER 1800w 110v it's way more powerful. £59.99 bargain.
For the money this is really good. We have one for where we have 240v. It has more guts than 110v 1800 eibenstock. We put a bigger paddle on than the one it comes with.
In this day and age if you don't wear gloves, the thin one's you are a moron. Off e bay they are so cheap and after a week you don't know you have them on.
What happened to the new version of the joddy that was coming out, have they given up on it. On the Multi marque web site about a year ago they banging on about it coming out soon.
