Sorry but I see opportunity and after getting most of the building work i'm pricing think it seems to be working there are loads of idiots out there what you need to do is stand out from them if you do a good job people will require your services simple. Last job I quoted I was £1200 more...

The one's I like are the guys who say I need advise then put a £8000 budget so I have to pay £40 to come give you advise never going to happen sorry lol
I'm registered with them and its handy for quick fill the gaps work but some of the jobs make me laugh just had one pop up removed tiles from seven ceiling and hall and landing and re-skim all ceilings price under £250 and the scary thing is somebody has all ready purchased it? :RpS_confused:

I use the EZE spat rather than the speedskim now i find the speed put to many lines down the spat has rounded corners so leaves first and second coat very smooth then finish with trowel can get loads on with out the running around but am going to invest in a refina plazie soon.
