hey guys got a job just wondering on the best way to attack it here it goes its an old building half the wall is block and the rest is a kind of board, its all covered with a sand and cement stucco and the owner would like it redone question is hack off or fix mesh over existing and render again?

hi kids just a thought on i've seen a lot of plasterers using this fibre mesh with this krend and parex stuff and wondering if any of you use it with normal sand and cement and could it stop hairline cracks. thanks
