hey guys got a job just wondering on the best way to attack it

here it goes its an old building half the wall is block and the rest is a kind of board, its all covered with a sand and cement stucco and the owner would like it redone question is hack off or fix mesh over existing and render again?

I would hack off mate ,less risk that way :RpS_thumbup:

Without seeing the job ,i don,t know ,but you can always give two prices for the work
