How much bonding in first coat? Pre grit -do you mean bond-it?

What do you mean by mesh? Galv or the stuff used in render? Not too worried about cost just want to make a good job of it.

Iv used 6mm glassroc on tight radius curves, you should be able to get it from a merchants. Iv also bent 15mm duraline boards without wetting them, just put a few blocks/bags of plaster under each end of the boards then they will bend under there own weight.

Iv only ever re-skimmed over old lime plastered walls - only used browning once so don't know much about it. Should I just wet the wall a couple of times with water then? Or will suction be to high?
