Measure on new build stuff for sure, but Dom’s I work out how many days then add a few days on top plus a bit more money on top of that lol, purely cause I hate Dom work then it’s a bonus if i get it and u know the customer ain’t a tight cunnt lol

I don't do domestic work either utter shite . We do new builds mainly on price tack dab n skim

Three of us, I'm the one with the big bollox who prices and funds the fiasco, I don't work as hard as I used to which suites me Sir, we try and make 260 each for rendering in middle England but usually fall short, nice lifestyle though.

Decent spreads are as rare as rocking horse sh*t down here mate...literally people are begging...had some idiot the other day phone me while I was making sweet love to my wifey at 6:45 saying that he would pay anything to have a bathroom ceiling skimmed so the job wasn't held up...

But I've had these calls before and when you say £300 the phone goes quiet...or they say happy to pay it this time but in future will what can you get done for £300 lol
