135m2 Flow Screed Ashford

I have just talked ourselves out of doing a floor screed by hand and have recommended to the builder that he does a flow screed.:RpS_thumbup:

So we are looking for someone down our way to come and do a flow screed in Ashford Kent. Its only two flats with a total of 135m2 direct to builder. Be ready in a week or 2.

He is a top bloke and always pays etc. Thought I would post it up here before looking else where.

I think you can but its not cost effective. Unless someone knows better.

Well i could understand that if he was actually going to do the job

The ground floor is 5 foot in the air and it just seems logical to use a flow screed instead of a army of labs to get the gear in who would not keep up.

We also have dick loads of rendering to be getting on with that pays better and is easier to do.

we can use the same machine for spray rendering by the way
