Advice needed Ocr vs sand and cement

Hi everyone just looking for some advice please
I have about 80 m of render to do on a house. I am not a plasterer just general Builder and I’ve been looking at Webber Ocr never used it before but to me it just seems an expensive way of rendering at £10 per mtr2 versus Sand and cement??
Also what thickness is used for scratch coat and top coat (rendering over old style imperial house bricks) any advice gladly received

Just go for sand and cement if the price is an issue before you have even started
