We had the village shop when I was a kid. We would always get the village gipsy kids knocking the door on a Sunday because their parents had run out of fags. We sold to them even though they were about 10 yrs old.

WHEN YOU f**k**g SAID IT HAS TO BE MOVED!!

It's not so much furniture, but access for a skip, the van, tools or whatever for me. However, I refer them to the copy or my terms which they sign before work starts (no signature, no start). I point out the part where it says access is required, and if it's not provided then a charge is made. Depending on the job type and size it's anything from a day's money (including any subcontractors) for the day. I then leave and let them sort it out ready for the next day.

That said, it very rarely happens, only once I can think of in the last four years. As I said in another post, I only work for nice people.
