Don't be daft Keith your a good lad :RpS_thumbup: are the machines powered by a Genny over here as in Germany you needed a 32amp kick ass plug (stark Strom) ze Germans called it
Sounds like your looking more into the ritmo mate ,you can plug in and go , we have the g4 so needs a genny ,and thanks for that mate

Am gonna have a read up on them Keith. And nowt to thank me for pal am just saying it like it is :RpS_thumbup:

Marshy, if your work is sand and cement then the likes of ocr is for you. If your work is domestic then consider a ritmo. But although your work will be faster and easier it might not be cheaper. Bagged stuff costs much more than sand and cement. You will get a wall on faster but with setting times and maybe you and an apprentice you will not put on more than you can finish in a reasonable time. But it is the ease on the bones and confidence in doing those bigger walls which by hand might have involved the fake movement joints to break it up.

A ritmo and a g4 will spray the same things, however having a little ritmo in the van means it gets used all the time and you get a real introduction to benefits of spraying . G4 and generator are not things you wanna be lugging about on small jobs regularly but they have their place. Its the added thing of the generator that puts people off getting it out for the smaller jobs.

Consider the fact that it will last you years so available when needed. Sell the benefits of the modern render system over hand applied sand and cement to justify the extra cost.

Once you are used to it treat yourself to a Filzomat.

Yes straight in the mains.

The benefits of having a machine that mixes the gear and puts it on the wall are obvious. It will lay on faster than a plasterer and mix faster than a labourer. If you keep the same staff you make everyones life easier except yours.

Use someone cheaper to spray the stuff on and get rid of that £50 a day labourer.
Apprentices, dads, father in laws, misses, mistress, mates and mums can fill the machine or spray with zero experience.

There's only myself and my apprentice, I used the g4 a lot years ago in Germany. Can you spray Tyrolean with them? How much roughly for the machine, compressor pipes gun etc please??

thats a perfect set up. yes you can tyrolean. they about 6k plus the vat for all the stuff to get going. depending which option you go for

Maybe get one of them Apple iPhone tracker tablets and hide it in the machine so if it goes missing you might get it back :)

Don't worry I will be plus it's going onto my pl insurance plus I have built a garage with alarm and also 3 secure doors to the room where the machine will be kept it's like fort knocks lol
