Any of you lads had tennis elbow? I went to the quacks yesterday and he has diagnosed me with having tennis elbow.
Painfull on the trowel when pulling up. He reckons I should not rest my elbow completely but do forearm muscle strengthening exercises and ease off with the trowel for a bit. May be able to do that if I can get everyone to turn in. The lads want to help as without me they are out of a job but at this time of year at least someone's going to be off with a bad cold or flu.
The doc said it could last a few weeks with care or a year or two with ignorance. Well it's the right time of year to take it easy, not going to be busy until March as usual.
Any of you had it and did it go away? Apparently most plasterers, joiners and brickies get it some time in their lives.
