If you have no respect for you boss, you may as well pack in now.

Me and my former trainer were at each other's throats at times, had differing opinions, but I always respected him and more so his work.

My first few jobs on my own I was still working to his strict rules and high quality finish which I took the through my whole career.

His working methods, organisation skills, cleanliness, approach to jobs I use today as it's what I was taught and I haven't worked with them for near 10 years
I think that's the point the boss work is rough.... respect has to be earnt

I pulled my gaffa in (contractor).
Told him his dabbing around this bay window is a mess (he done it).
He answer "its alright just skim it"
Agent and ass. Agent walked as we were talking........ site agent "what the f**k is that....pull it off do it right"
