I went for £4/m skim , refused to get my tools our as no decent areas , offered decent money for day rate , the site ( school refurb ) got out of sequence so I'm getting odd walls , lots off tower work , bit of float and set and patching , it's panic stations for them to get completed and I'm often returning to the same room for newly constructed electric cupboards and extraction hoods ,
All of the flooring and desks are installed so all slow and careful work , had a good look at previous spreads work and can understand why they want me to stay lol

This is the back, 1.8mil they paid for it and there gutting it. I’m replacing all the downpipes etc aswell.
Half the job is covering the windows up properly, I don’t do many domestics so it’s a bit of a change for us.

Yep I don’t often take pics and the like, should do really. It’s been on the back burner as I didnt have time to start it. I’ve 4 other sites on the go at present, one being a big Ewi church job.
Private customers love the photos worth doing
If it’s pics they want to see, I give them addresses of previous jobs we’ve done, always wins it. I’m lucky enough to work on some really grand houses so I send them to those. As said I don’t do domestic really, it’s more sites, bespoke builds etc.

Would roll n stroll be bad with the adeshive on em
You can get roll n stroll for hard floors so im assuming it leaves no adesive on wood etc.i use general roll n stroll on carpets n hard floors and leaves no adesive behind,cant beat roll n stroll well worth the money

That would be treated though or sealed.
Tell them to seal the t**t then haha..abit of bleach gets rid of that black staining,or if that fails just blag them and say it adds character haha
