I've recently had re-rendering done using the Wetherby silicone rendering system. This was part of larger works on the house, including the installation of new cavity trays/weep vents over the downstairs windows.
Overall, it's a big improvement from how it used to look, but the finish isn't as tidy as what I potentially hoping for. The things I'm wondering about are:
They started the rendering works mid-May and have been back intermittently as the weather wasn't right. Cost for the rendering element only was c.£9.5k, not including scaffolding, skips, etc.

- The render colour seems patchy. They've come out to respray, but the covered patches look slightly more yellow?
- The weep vents look a bit uneven
- The underside of the render has been painted, but looks streaky. In one place it looks like it's shrunk away from the bricks
