Artex with asbestos skim or overboard

I have some artex ceilings from the 80s, some cracks and some flaking. I’ve agreed with plasterer that it’s best to overboard. What worries me is he isn’t bothered about taking precautions other than a mask. I’m paranoid he’s going to spread particles while drilling. I’ve asked him to hire an h class vacuum. Am I paranoid about a few drill holes. Can’t really think of what else to do to reduce spread.

Always recommend a few bottles of wine in these scenarios

Just skim them. Unless its falling down.
I personally wouldn't do the job for you though.
Your scared of your own shadow . I couldn't be bothered dealing with all your fear and doom.
