if its thick artex m8 and you dont wanna scrape it back (which i wouldnt blame you for)i would dub it out with bonding and then skim it.
personally i try to strip it all off then you know its done properly

dep havent you done it yet???? just take the top off with a scraper then pva it then skim it!!! stop fncking about :RpS_wink:

Well just done my last job, the artex ceiling.
It's took me all day from 8:26am till 1:23pm & what a mess the dust made, hope i didn't breath too much asbestos in forgot my dust mask :RpS_scared: LOL
It's all done now so i can sell my tools & find something else to do.
