Bad monocouche finish

Looked at a job tonight that had been monocouche but really really badly white streaky marks up it ,the bloke who's house it was ,was not sure what method they used just told me it was on pebble dash I asked him about hacking off and he asked me could I go on top of it is this possible ?

Can't you just go over it with stabilising paint, weber.sil p ?

He has also had another panel done small which is ok ish done in parex monorex g00 could I not microgobetis it and monocouche on top again

Give him 2 prices ,hack off ,or go over ,if it was me i would start again , why take any more risk

I tried to persuade him to hack it off didn't want to know its only a small wall just wondered what the alternatives were

Rend aid/mongris then render i'd put a full mesh in it though

I would pursuede him to knock the house over and get a new one done then u can just render onto new block.

Prime and 1.5mm bucket coat. If it is just streaky it is probably bad lime bloom. Treat for the efflorescence and then equalising paint.
