bay Window boarding query

Hi all,

can someone please clarify if I can use anything other than aquapanel external (once I’ve removed the lath) for boarding my bay windows ready for render!?

There's loads of different cement boards,just check there compatible with the render system you plan to use.

Mainly the cost of the aqua panel and the recommended screws.

Im sure it’s a Weber based system, I have seen people use ply before, is that an option with weber ?

Needs to be a render carrier board ideally.You can't render onto ply,it would need to have S/S mesh (not Galv) to accept the render,also building paper over plywood first.
