They do not want any straight margins and all the internal angles are to have a 25mm radius. It is a 175 year old mill and they want the plaster to look as old as poss. There were cows in here 18 month ago

Unfortunately not ! The lad who owns it is a site agent for a national outfit and has done all the building work , joinery and boarding himself .

This is an outside view of the house, it was an old boathouse. The end terrace next to it just sold for 500k so god knows what this will be worth
