Big dollop of skim in the eye !!

Only in the very hot days last week mate , besides that I always have them around my neck stepping out of van in morning, as soon as mixing anything inside or out put them on until materials are on , tbh i will whip them off every now and then but as said before I tried nearly all types of eye protection and find these the best , ventilation at the top and the bottom

Cheers mate, think I'll give them a blast. Don't fancy another trip to hospital !

Had to go A&E today after I got got plaster in my eye. I've had bits in before and it normally washes straight out. But this was awful, my eye wouldn't open and it killed. They washed it out for ages and took pH levels... Got to go back in two days for them to check up. Sight is bit blurry but hoping it will go back to normal.

Anyone had this before ?

Yeah mate when I was an apprentice. I was sandwiched between two guys doing a ceiling.. I was doing the putyful little strookes while they were covering a lot more than me... Panicking like mad and of course.. huge bit in the eyes. I was the same, painful as, couldn't open my eyes and had to go to a & e.. Hope you're sound now

Most of my work is overskim and artex back to flat so great news when a female posted dodgy back to flat artex , not many comments on methods

Man I feel your pain .got a massive blob in my left eye a few years back my eye was wide open never saw it coming I washed it out and finished the ceiling but it was killing me had to go to A&E they said my eye was badly scratched and had to be bandaged up for a week that was one long night week .ever get a dollop of joint filler it stings like crazy
