Artex Boy
Put this on An hour ago. Bonding 60 over artex. Probably 6/7mm thick to cover it. Came back and its still piss wet.

Never had an issue before and love the stuff as speeds the day up.

Anyone else had issues with it? Will go back to original bonding with dirty water if so

Pink bonding? Good choice. Just tell the customer you're finished and run off.

There was a guy back home during the boom, was a baker. As time went on, he noticed how much money builders were making and took a paintbrush to his van Billy the Baker Builder.

And he went to work.

He'd take on plastering work because even though he couldn't trowel up, he had something just as good. An orbital sander.

One Friday, he packed up, leaving his usual abortion of a job to be sanded Monday except, when he came back, the customer had painted it.

Still not used Bonding 60, never had an issue throwing handful or two of cement in!

I was the same and still use original with dirty water for patching as it’s set in 20 mins usually.

The 60 is great when putting it over artex etc as have plenty of time and doesn’t flash while you’re putting it on. Today . Hopefully was a one off

I used zombie mix yesterday on 2 small walls over tile adhesive etc and set nice and fast, put multi/board mix on to finish and hung for ages!

I find mixing bonding with multi hangs like f**k. Good on big area but ballache on small areas that’s why i use the 60 neat as it’s perfect

Was it something to do with the silk paint @lurpak?

pvad in picture mate. Pva went as normal really. I thought about it and the bags been in van for a while so put it down to that, as it's the first time and I've used alot of it. Glad it went that way rather than flash set while putting it on lol

I had that a few weeks back. Knocked some gear up, turned around to pick my hawk/hand board up(being inclusive :chica:) and the lot was as solid as a rock :D
