I've developed a strange passion for blending and making smoothies, got one of those nutribullet things. I'm obsessed with drinking fruit and veg, banana and broccoli or spinach and apples I fecking love it.
Had one few year now yes are brilliant and make you feel good always buy what they call ecological here no pesticides etc turmeric black pepper honey and banana is great one .

Love them smoothies. Spinach , frozen is good, seeds and nuts and honey.
 
Yeah I'm already on the seeds nuts and honey!! Think I'll have banana milkshake tomorrow morning with oats through it. Black pepper honey and banana sounds interesting.... pepper though?

Pepper is good. Try just a pinch of cayenne in smoothie. Raises blood flow blah, blah. I try to colour code the ingredients in my smoothies. Banana, and anything yellow, pineapple turmeric etc one day, red stuff another day...tomatoes, red pepper, beetroot, cayenne, paprika...

Yup! OCD ......used to just "bung it in".....had a few really bad mixtures, so decided to do a bit of research....find out what likes what, and what to add when it's not so nice. Tip.....lemon...ace stuff, include the skin for areal zesty boost.
Spices are good too....cumin, turmeric, chilli all increase blood flow and move s**t.

Black pepper activates the potency of the turmeric(y)
 
Make up me own snack bars using these seeds etc and dried fruit n nuts honey etc high energy goodness that you know what's gone into them.
Better than shoite out the shops when on the go.

Agree here mate, got into juicing last Christmas, another high of life , got this dudes book as well some wicked recipes in them Jason vale was a right fat git as well, I'd recommend getting hooked on fruits as well but get um from market or veg shop instead of supermarket they are loads better

I like making smoothies... but keeping the smoothy maker clean was hard work :D
 
Check out the film "fat sick and nearly dead".......it will change your lives.
The guy is successful and wealthy but sick and overweight, changes his life by going on a plant based diet.......but,.....to get the quickest instant hit of nutrients, he juiced everything he ate for 40 days.....no solid food for 40 days, all fresh veg through a juicer. Check it out, it's not bullshit. Juicing and blending is a fst way to get more veg nutrients into your diet.
Gonna have a quick workout (wank) then have a smoothie.....

We are having a dry(ish) 2017 I think.... fed up with my bar bill each week for one and simply it is boring me :D Rather spend that money on cars and bikes :D
 
Still in bed :sisi: jobs sitting since before xmas but can't gather enthusiasm to go to any of them.
May take the dog down the beach or just mooch about:aburrido:
3 kings celebrations here on Friday which is there xmas really when presents are given etc so not much open or happening til after the 6th.
Good excuse to do little to nothing (y)

Ok am going to buy one of them things. No more drinking for 2 weeks. I hope I can do it.
Is a booklet inside with guide to good mixes and for specific things you may be lacking in .
Do not put hot liquids in or as my mate did sparkling water :sorprendido3: he's prob still cleaning his kitchen now:frenetico:
 
I never been keen on smoothies, if I'd had some I'd spend most of the day on the shitter with my gut hanging out :(
