Brick built garden outhouse

Hi all
Not plastering but you lot are a handy bunch so after a bit of advice. Bought a new house which has a brick built outhouse or shed..double skin brick and timber roof with slate tiles...
The internal roof has been fitted with insulation and plasterboard but it's done badly and plasterboard is shotnin parts.i want to replace to tidy it up...
I was thinking keep the insulation, fit a plastic vapour barrier and then use some osb inside for the ceiling .any suggestions guys ?...dosent have to look grest more fit for function as will mainly be used as storage .. tia

I plasterboard and skimmed my shed a few years ago. Still looks as good today as it did back then.

Does not drop below 10 degrees all year round.

Osb is expensive compare to board and skim

You dont want plastic it wil sweat and cause condensation you want roof felt along with air gap

Would love a bar.. its prob just big enough. Prob 2x3 m...all plumbing ,electrics and lights already there but Mrs has apprehended it for her utility space...we are a bit tight on space so she's not being unreasonable....

You want a vapour barrier I would say to stop condensation the plastic stops the cold meeting the warm

I did not use a vapour barrier on my shed but feel I should have done

You can get the breathable membrane let's moist air out but doesn't let it in. Try cromar vent 3 from screwfix fairly cheap.
