It's bad enough organising plastering jobs...I tried general building once you have got to have some serious patience for that. So much wasted time. So many tools needed. I mean why would you do it unless you are going to earn serious money...I reckon the profit margins aren't there anymore that is the problem. We are lucky as spreads our materials are still relatively cheap compared to the labour.
