hi guys, can anyone tell me what this looks like to them? it doesnt smell damp and the wall is a terraced wall. i have been living in this house 1 year and it doesnt seem to have worsened in that time.

Taste it, if its salty,....it's salt......efflorescence. Brush it off and hoover it up (other vacuums may be available). Keep on brushing and hoovering.

Piss corner lol, You need to take a damp reading to see if its wet, might be a case of chopping it back anti sulphate and re-plaster or it could be something more. What is on the other side of that wall?
