No it requires a base coat with of adhesive first ie maitie, and even then it requires Ehi not standard monorex.

Could you apply microgobetis or prb Accrofix as a key then use ocr?

Small area maybe, any decent area your chancing your arm a bit.
I’ll try and avoid any bagged render on a carrier board, it’s too heavy, and not felexible.try and use thin coats Systems.
