can u plasterboard over wallpaper

can you plasterboard over the top of wallpaper. the wallpaper is on a brick and plaster wall can it be dot and dabed or screwed. i was thinking of dot and dab and if you cant why
 
You can dab it and mechanically fix or grypfil them and still mechanically fix, the wallpaper turns to mush and doesn't hold it same as plaster

Do you really want to dab to something fixed by paste Sure you must know the answer !

No one has the right to ask prices because they've completed a course they should be on 40 a day labouring cause it's all their worth if you don't understand you swell as a few others on here don't know what the **** you're on about
 
Hi everyone im ockerstewart,I have just recently qualified as a plasterer but im struggling with what i should be charging customers for doing a job.Could some one help me get to grips with this, should i be charging by the square meter or day rate and should i quote for getting materials myself or let the customer.I live in worcester so i know that different areas of the country charge different prices. I'd like help on how much to board?How much for skimming ect. your help would be much gratefull.

Well wallpaper sticks to plaster so why wouldnt plaster stick to wallpaper????
I'm gonna save my customers a fortune in overskims from now on
