ceiling access

Hi, new to plastering, im not a plasterer but would sometime go into it, i can do it and done alot...anyway got a ceiling to do, 9m2 8ft high. Was wondering what the best way to access it, i dont have stilts, should i use steps? 2 tressles and plank? or.... any other sugestions? any advise welcome. thankyou.
